Dear NADC In-House Counsel Members,
For those of you who are planning to attend the NADC Annual Member Conference April 27-29, 2014 in Palm Beach, Florida, we are gauging interest for a 60 or 90-minute session dedicated solely to the in-house counsel section.
It would be held CONCURRENT with another session to be determined at a later date.
The first question is, if we plan this, will you attend?
Second, if you attend, what are you interested in hearing about or discussing? We can have a live list-serve session (like we did in Chicago for all attendees at the Fall Conference) and gather questions ahead of time. Or, we can pinpoint
a few topics and outline a more formal program. If you prefer a few topics, rather than the live list-serve, what topics you would like covered?
If we have a sufficient interest in an in-house counsel breakout session we will start pulling the program together. Please respond to me with your thoughts by February 24, 2014.

In-House Counsel list-serve
We have a list-serve dedicated solely to the in-house counsel members of NADC. The mailing list is intended for in-house counsel to ask questions of each other, share best practices and to stay informed of legal issues. All you have to
do to communicate among our members is to email a question or comment to the address
in-house@dealercounsel.com and everyone on the distribution list will receive it. Please notify Charlotte Valentine at cvalentine@dealercounsel.com if you wish to be taken off the list-serve. Please note that the standard NADC list-serve guidelines
apply.
In-House Counsel Policy Bank and Forum
We have also created a policy bank and forum on the web-site for all in-house counsel users. You can post questions, upload documents, forms and articles, etc. After you log into the members only section of the website, you can find the
policy bank and forum by clicking on “in-house counsel” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
