In-House Counsel list-serve

We have a list-serve dedicated solely to the in-house counsel members of NADC.  The mailing list is intended for in-house counsel to ask questions of each other, share best practices and to stay informed of legal issues.  All you have to do to communicate among our members is to email a question or comment to the address in-house@dealercounsel.com and everyone on the distribution list will receive it.  Please notify Moira Skelley at mskelley@dealercounsel.com if you wish to be taken off the list-serve.  Please note that the standard NADC list-serve guidelines apply.

In-House Counsel Policy Bank and Forum

We have also created a policy bank and forum on the web-site for all in-house counsel users.  You can post questions, upload documents, forms and articles, etc.  After you log into the members only section of the website, you can find the policy bank and forum by clicking on “in-house counsel” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
