That is very good idea. Most of us arrive early enough to handle a session before the initial cocktail reception . I would be up for that.

The corporate counsel sessions are very good but, you are correct, I hate to miss the general sessions. I would be in favor of doing one or two corporate counsel sessions on Sunday before the conference.

Subject: NADC - Florida Conference

To All:

Our recently concluded conference in Florida appears to have been a great success.  I also believe that the in-house session was well received.  Thanks to all who attended.

I have received some feedback and many of the in-house members would like to see a breakout session in October in Chicago.  In fact, many said they would like to see 2 or 3 breakout sessions.  I am open to whatever the in-house members want.  If we increase the number of breakout sessions, we could accomplish this by running several concurrent sessions and allow in-house members to select which session they would like to attend.  Alternatively, we could add one or more in-house sessions to the agenda and lengthen the conference for in-house folks (the October conference is scheduled to conclude at 1:00 pm on Tuesday October 28, 2014).  I suspect we could also do a combination of both.  Maybe something on Sunday, October 26 is an option.  Our sessions can take any format such as a speaker, workshop, general discussion, etc.

My only concern with scheduling concurrent sessions is that the regular conference topics are usually of interest to in-house members.

With the assistance of Erin and Charlotte, we will be sending out a survey to ascertain what the in-house members would like to do in October in Chicago.  With that said, you can e-mail me your thoughts and suggestions at anytime.  Your input might help prove helpful with the preparation of the survey.

Perhaps most importantly, I would like to receive topics suggestions and speaker volunteers for our in-house session(s).  Those can never arrive too early.

Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.
